TATTOOING BY DANIEL INNES

Born in 1983. I apprenticed briefly in Newmarket, then moved to Toronto in 2000 to work at Sal's Tattoo and Barbershop in Chinatown. I ran Good Time Design in Parkdale from 2006 to 2009.
Bill Baker and I opened Pearl Harbor Gift Shop in Toronto May of 2010. The new shop has artists available for walk-ins and custom work by appointment.
I am currently focusing on large scale tattooing, pulling reference from Eastern arts predominantly Ukiyo-E, as well as Sumi-E and tanka. This imagery has a long history in tattooing, and the style fits and flows best on the body.
Tattoo work in progress has a priority over new tattooing, and because of the time I spend on research / prep work, it is usually a minimum of 1 year wait to get an appointment with me. If you do not want to wait, or are looking for a tattoo in a different style, the shop hosts guest artists from across the country.
